When she was born, her mother dubbed her as a curse on her life and quickly named her "Jinx". Only receiving the rest of her legal name thanks to her father's saving grace and mercy. Taken into his care, her mother went on a bender, abandoning her quickly. Her father being a workaholic, she was brought up by her Grandmama, whom loved her dearly and cared for her as if she were her own whenever she could.

Despite it all, she grew up never wanting in pretty pink and sparkling pearls. She grew, learning to love literature and to play the Alto Saxophone with skill. Private schools and the best of everything awaited her future and was her father's goals for her. A bright future and a wonderful life were laid out ahead of her.

When she was ten her mother reentered their lives.

Clean and sober, the woman had gone through rehab, got herself a steady job and came to see her ex and daughter. It was a strange lunch, sitting across from her as the woman apologized and cried in hatred of herself. Forgiving her came easy to Jinx with the pain her mother showed.

Three years passed, her mother living near by and joining her for walks and dinners. Her father accepting the return of her mother but continuing on with his life as usual, ignoring the pain it felt to see them together. Then tragedy struck when her father got into a horrific car accident, killing him upon impact.

In light of the event, and the heartache, Jinx went to live with her mother whom had seemingly become a saint. She was wrong. Her mother, though appearing so kind and heartfelt, drank heavily during the night...and the beatings began nearly a month after her father died. Two months later she was pulled from her private schooling and silence struck. No one knew where she was, nor had heard from her mother.

Her Grandmama hunted down where they were living shortly after Jinx's fourteenth birthday. An ambulance was called to Jinx's aid when she was found beaten on the floor of an abandoned house with festering cigarette burns on her hip and torn clothes clinging her her body. Recovering was sift, physically, but her psyche became warped.

She began to act out, regardless on her Grandmama's care. She became a thief, perfecting her skill at pick pocketing, researched different skills, lost in translation and learned Tarot reading. She continued her love of literature, but began to drift more toward Emily Dickinson, Stephen Kind and, her favorite, Edgar Alan Poe. Burning matches became a coping mechanism and sparked her pyromania.

In hopes to take her granddaughter out of the "dark" side of the spectrum, she bought Jinx a Great Dane puppy. Jinx instantly bonded to "Ace", after Bruce Wayne's dog, and trained him to the best of her abilities; which turned out to be a natural calling for her. Advanced off leash obedience and Ace became her inseparable companion. Unfortunately, this took a completely opposite turn from what Grandmama wanted and let Jinx separate herself further from human interaction outside of her forced interaction within school.

High school brought about further hatred for human kind, piercings, drinking, martial arts, sex and so much more. She continued to focus on school in hopes to get out of school and save up money by waitressing at a local restaurant.

APPEARANCE: Standing at 5'9 Jinx has pale satin skin, seemingly flawless due to careful care or skillfully placed makeup. She is athletically built, slightly toned muscles but still very feminine in frame and weighing 134lbs on average. Her hair falls straight to the middle of her back and is usually a nice bright red, occasionally streaked with black. Her eyes are a piercing ice blue, normally framed in a rim of black eyeliner. Her ears are pierced but she rarely wearing earrings.

Her lips are a natural pale pink and rarely so much as glossed. Between her teeth, is commonly a strategically raked silver tongue ring. From afar her teeth appear to be perfectly aligned but are ever so slightly over lapped on the middle two both top and bottom.

Typically, she can be found in tight blue jeans that hug low on her hips, but high enough to hide the three cigarette scars on her right hip. An unneeded leather double holed belt fitted snug along the top. A black shirt is her normal choice to cover her top and hide her unmentionables and hidden set of piercings; the silver bars in her nipples and basic black belly ring. All topped off with a men's pair of black work boots, size 9, and a silver chain necklace with a silver ankh pendant.

DISLIKES: Drugs, being proved wrong/being betrayed, being followed, getting close to people/having to trust people, spending time with her family and anyone who is overly self assured.
FEARS: Terrified of having emotions for anyone and that her mother will come back into her life.
SECRET: She loves to sing and is helpless against "bad boys" a crooked smile. Despite her "who cares" attitude she keeps her grades up.
GOAL: To finish school and be rid of the rest of her family, forgetting the past in the meantime.
