HISTORY:
Kharma Emerly Marchand was born on December 19th in 1991. She was born in Bethal, Alaska, without a father because he bailed on Sun when the news of the pregnancy was let out. Kharma's first name was a dare from her cruel aunt. Emerly was a name her mother found, it's Irish. And Marchand... Well, that's her Italian last name.

Kharma lived in Alaska for a year until her mum needed to find a job. Alex found one at Wells Fargo bank in Alta Loma, California. Alex agreed to bring her sister and Kharma along to California, hoping it would be better for Kharma. So since then, Kharma has yet to leave California for another state.

Until she turned 5, the Marchand's moved around Southern California from Alta Loma to Carson to Montclaire until they settled in Ontario. They then stayed put in a town home that was conviently located right next door to the elementary school. So for 4 years she went to school at the elementary right next door. But during 4th grade things had to change. Alex found a house to move into, so the Marchands moved halfway during the school year.

She had trouble making new friends at first, but people got used to her slightly bubbly personality. Though the teachers were wary of her AFI shirt. But they ignored it and in 5th grade Kharma went to middle school (the elementary school was weird).

In 6th grade Kharma began dressing herself in all black and listened to bands like My Chemical Romance, AFI, New Found Glory, and Alkaline Trio. People began to ignore her because of how she dressed and how she was going through the Eff-You-I-Don't-Smile phase. But once she got over that in 7th grade, people began to talk to her. By 8th grade, everyone in the school knew who Kharma Marchand was. Then again, how many kids in middle school wear rep lipstick and have a small mohawk forming?

In her freshman year she wanted to start a real band, unlike that one she was in during 7th grade (she was guitar and vocals). So she asked her best friend Katie to be the bassist. Together they formed Savage Poetry. They didn't really do much until they were both Juniors. That was when Kharma got rid of Katie because she wasn't doing anything. Kharma got her friend Kyle to help and they took all of Kharma's lyrics and put music to it. They recorded the Savage Poetry EP using Kharma's laptop that summer.

Kharma used her middle name Emerly as her last name because it flowed better than Marchand. So at the age of 18 she legally dropped Marchand and changed her name to Kharma Emerly. But Sun didn't like the name change, so she sent Kharma to Daze.

APPEARANCE: Kharma stands a short five foot one without her mohawk or heels. Most days she has a mohawk up and it's sometimes different colors. She normally wears jeans and band shirts, but she'll be random some days and wear a skirt or a button down shirt. Most of her clothes, though, are from 7th grade, so they're all worn out. She also rarely ever wears jewelry.
