HISTORY:
Scottley grew up in a small cottage in France with his Mother and Father. They were gone a lot while he was growing up so he was always on his own. When Scottley was 5 he saw his father beat his mother until she was in a coma. This scarred him for life and had extreme hatred towards his father.

Scottley's parents were never home, they claimed they were always on business trips to sell there wine. The family had a small vineyard attached to there cottage, and there family was in the wine selling business. This made his family have quite a bit of money. Scottley got some of the things he wanted but he didnt really get a family.

Scottley was enrolled in the local school , they didn't have many students and he didn't really like acknowledging the presence of others. He was more of a trouble maker most would say, starting riots. He also got kicked off of grounds for smoking and doing drugs and coming to school drunk. When he was 13 he caught the place on fire and had spent months in a facilitation for the insane in London. He was released 6 months later, that's when he found out his mother had given birth to a beautiful baby girl named Amelia.

Amelia was raised by Scott most of her new life, since there parents decided to up and leave one day he had to drop most of his priorities, and take care of her. Their parents left them with only a note that said, we aren't your family anymore, find a new one. Later that year when Scottley was 15 he found out his parents were mass murderers in France, they had killed over 45 people. They were basically modern day hit men. That was the main reason they had so much money. Even though Scott's parents wouldn't buy him anything, most of his clothes had to be washed by him and his hair had grown out long and blond because he couldn't get it cut.

Amelia became his main priority in life, that little girl was the only thing he had left of his family. She was his family. When Scott turned 17 and Amelia turned 2 the government had came to there cottage and take Amelia from him, he was told he wasn't fit to take care of her because he had been sent away when he was younger and had a track record of being a trouble maker. So they sent him away to the states and took Amelia to a group orphanage in Paris.
