HISTORY:
Life growing up for Calli was admittedly easy. With both of her parents making seven figured incomes (on rough years), she knew nothing about real life. It was a dream; easy, drama free, happy, full of bliss. They had vacation homes in the Caribbean, Greece, and their permanent "mansion" in the states.
By the time Callista began middle school, everyone knew she was going to be the life of the party. Beautiful, outgoing, fearless (it seemed), and she took the image well. Late night parties filled with drugs, sex, and booze filled most of her free time. She had her own following of friends and admirers, but kept only a few close to her. Having always been a daddy's girl, Calli put on the act of "the ambassador's daughter" and played it very convincingly, but that was only during the day. Once night fell, the act ended and her true colors came out.
Freshman year started as a blur. She got involved with older and older men, and found herself experimenting with hard drugs, not just weed anymore. She played with ecstasy and cocaine and soon fell into a downward spiral. She began stealing money from her parents to fuel her addiction. All too soon, she was unable to keep up her good-girl act and her parents discovered her dark secret. For six months Callista remained in rehab before she was finally stable enough to live in her home. It was the accomplishment of a lifetime, but her own shred of happiness would soon be diminished.
Sophomore year started as an uphill battle, since she was newly out of rehab. She tried to stay focused on school and only went to small parties where she drank soda (that was spiked), but kept off of drugs. After three months clean, she began to regain her confidence and swag. As she came home from a date one night, she noticed an unfamiliar car parked next to her house. Stepping inside, she saw articles of clothing scattered a crossed the floor, and passionate noises from her parents room. Holding her head high she bluntly, and loudly, opened the bedroom door. There she saw a strange, yet gorgeous, man in bed with her mother. To this day she will always remember the shock, yet unapologetic, expression on her mothers face.
Since the first encounter Calli caught her mom three more times, but is convinced there has been many more. Her mom bribes her to keep quite with expensive clothes, shoes, and even bought her a car. It kills her every time she sees her father look longingly at his cheating wife with so much love and admiration. Her head has taught her to never get involved romantically. Have fun, have sex, move on. However, her greek heritage will not let her heart turn to stone. As much as she hates to admit it, Calli Kosta wants a relationship and wants to find love.
