FAMILY:
- Mother-Bella Hudson-42
- Father-Peter Hudson-Deceased
- Brother-Oscar Hudson-Deceased
- Cassie-Black Lab-6
- Aunt-Clara Madison-47
HISTORY:
Bella loved the farm life, and decided to raise a family with her husband, Peter, out on the California farm that she grew up on. Her first born was Oscar, as he grew older, Bella and Peter understood that he didn't like living there as much as they did, and even though Oscar rarely went to town, they knew that he was a city boy. Eight years after he was born, their youngest child, Joey came into the world.
From day one, Joey loved the farm life, probably because he didn't know any other form of life. He would willingly help his mother cook in the kitchen while his brother had to help dad take care of the animals. Then when he got older, he'd do both, which barely gave him time for a social life, except at school.
His brother and him never got along because of their opposite personalities. Oscar would always find ways to go into town and do whatever the hell he wanted. Joey stayed home and helped his parents with chores and cooking and cleaning. When he was done with that, he loved to ride his horse and play with his dog. Most of the time, after his brother came home, the two of them would get into fights about what they each should be doing with their time. Oscar favored going out and partying, while Joey thought they both should help their parents with the farm, especially with their old age approaching.
Peter Hudson was in a terrible accident. He was riding one of the horses, when something scared it and flung Peter off, making him fall on his head, which killed him instantly. Later, after the funeral, Joey found out that Oscar had gotten drunk, came home, and decided to scare the horse as a prank. Oscar moved away before Joey could do anything about it.
Bella had to make the biggest decision of her life. She knew that with only the two of them, they couldn't take care of the farm. So she sold it and moved close to San Francisco. Joey didn't like the idea, but since he loved his mother and didn't want to cause her any more stress, he went along without putting up a fight. Bella enrolled him at Daze High, thinking it'd be better for him, than staying home all of the time cleaning and cooking. Despite how much she loved her youngest son, she didn't want him to turn into a total mommas boy.
Joey soon picked up the habit of smoking, though he'd never touch anything with alcohol, due to his brother. He found peace in his new life, but he still missed the farm and all of the animals. His dog, Cassie got to come with him, except she had to stay with Bella because she was too big of a dog. Joey wants finish school, however, he can't wait to graduate...
...
Before he graduated, his brother Oscar became a teacher at Daze High. At that point, Gabe was already settled and had many new friends. His closest being two girls named Anna Marie Smith and Izia Marie Smith. (Izzy being much more than just a friend) Oscar ended up raping Anna, which resulted in Anna murdering Oscar... (Gabe hates himself for it each and every day. He feels as if he failed Anna. He should have killed Oscar not her.)
At the same time Bella, his mom, became terribly ill. Gabe dropped out of highschool immediately to go back home to nurse his sickly mother. (He left Daze right after his brother's death without any warning. He just disappeared. He had no way of contacting anyone. Although his mom did supply Anna with the best lawyer they could find to help her in court.) And for months Joey was glued by his mother's side, tending to her every need, along with his crazy church-obsessed Aunt Clara, who seemed more like a devil than a Saint.
She completely trapped Joey and his mother in their house, changing everything to fit her own taste. Angels were scattered anywhere and everywhere she could find space for one. She took the TV and made Gabe sell his motorcycle. The computer went to a second-time-around store and the radios in the house were permanently stuck on the Christian station. The only availible telephone was in his Aunt Clara's bedroom.(Gabe did not have permission to hang out with friends and had no outside contact without Clara's approval.) On Sundays she cleaned him up (the way she liked) and sent him off to church by himself. (She wouldn't go because someone needed to stay home with Bella and she felt Gabe hadn't fulfilled his churchly duties. She had 'spies' who kept an eye on him.) If he failed to comply with his aunt she would whack him with her cane. Nor would he be allowed to fix dinner. (something he preferred since Aunt Clara could not cook and his mother couldn't get out of bed) Gabe took it, faking a smile each day at Bella who was too weak to stop any of the chaos. You would think Aunt Clara would disapprove of Gabe not going to school, but no, as long as he attended Church she did not care. (His mom thought he was being homeschooled.)
As much as the church lady laid down stirct rules, Joey's smoking habit worsened. He found ways to buy cigarettes and sneak out on the roof at night to smoke. (If he wasn't reading a book. Which was something else he picked up on without the access of television. He really liked cowboys.)
One night his Aunt caught him smoking. A huge fight broke out between Joey and Aunt Clara, with her screaming and yelling at him while she smacked him with her cane. (over and over) Gabe managed to yank her cane away just as the police kicked down the door and his mother crawled into the kitchen (where they were fighting) asking what was going on. In the time period of twenty-three hours, Bella found out Gabe hadn't gone to school in over a year, and requested he went back and got his diploma. She was sent to the home of a nurse aid, where she would be taken care of professionally. Aunt Clara spent a week in prison, and then was released on probation. Cassie, his dog, was put in the care of a neighbor. (this depresses Gabe even more) And Gabe reluctantly enrolled himself back into Daze High under his mother's orders. (She was in good hands now.)

[/b]APPEARANCE: Joey stands at about 5'9' and has a light tan to his skin. His eyes are a light brown color, and his hair is a shade darker. His body is nicely built, and is muscular in the arms and chest. He likes to keep his hair in a messy ruffled look, because he looks best with it like that, at least that's what he believes. For clothes, Joey likes to wear long or short sleeved button up shirts, and jeans or slacks. For shoes he will wear nice sneakers or dress shoes. Occasionally he'll put on some wrist jewelry or a watch. He now has a scar on his back from his Aunt's cane.

MENTIONABLES: Joey has been through a lot in his life. With his mother's health declining and after the incident with Anna...Gabe has 'grown up' in a sense and doesn't come off as a troublemaker as often as he used too. He plays and has a sense of humor, like normal, but at times he can be very...sullen or depressed.
