HISTORY:
Kyra was born on June 13, 1996 to her two biological parents, who couldn’t have been happier to have a little girl. As a baby her dad would spoil her rotten and treated her like a princess. Then when she was only two years old her dad died in a horrible car accident and her mother became cold and over protective.
As Kyra got older she began to hate her mother and rebel against everything. This got worse when she was eleven and her mom began to date Andrew. When they got married a short year later Kyra tried to run away from home. She was brought back, but not before she’d tried drugs and alcohol. She was addicted for a year before her parents found out and forced her to stop. Around that time her mom got pregnant with her baby brother.
After Sam was born November 10, 2009 and suddenly Kyra’s life changed dramatically yet again. Her parents began to treat her like she was unimportant, but still managed to control her life. She was treated like a servant in her own home. On top of that her mom decided that she needed to be pulled out of public school because the kids were a bad influence.
A few months ago, Kyra was looking for a way out when she found Daze High’s website online. She instantly fell in love with it and began begging her mom to let her go. When her mother finally looked around at the information about the school she quickly agreed to send her daughter there. Kyra thinks this may finally be her chance to live her own life.

APPEARANCE: Kyra is 5’5. She has dyed her hair so many times she doesn’t even remember the natural color. Right now it is mainly bleach blond with black and ice blue streaks in it that is cut with really long choppy layers and bangs that can cover her eyes if she chooses. Her eyes are a very dark color and she usually has them heavily framed with eyeliner and mascara. Kyra’s skin is so pale that it sometimes seems transparent. She has a very small frail looking body. She tends to wear dark colors and is always wearing some kind of gloves that are cut off around the middle of her fingers. She has three piercings in each ear and a nose piercing.

[/b] Kyra likes to swim and play basketball. She often has a camera with her because she will be inspired by the moment. She listens to most kinds of rock, but mainly heavy metal. She also occasionally listens to other music. She is very good at anything computer related. She loves the outdoors, and spends a lot of time outside.
DISLIKES: Kyra can’t stand people who are fake, preppy, or can read her easily. She hates loosing and is very competitive. She finds cheerleaders to be extremely annoying. She can’t stand most rap music or classical music. She hates her stepfather and her mother.
FEARS: Kyra is afraid of Snakes, and absolutely freaks out if they get too close. She is also afraid of losing someone she actually cares about.
SECRET: She wears the gloves to hide scars on her wrists both from attempting to commit suicide and from her stepdad stabbing her one night when he was drunk.
GOAL: Kyra wants to be herself and become either an author or a photographer.
