HISTORY:
Leo was born Leonitas Nathaniel Rossi to his mother, Rosalina Rossi, and Franco Rossi, his father. Leo's entire background was made up of Greek, American and Italian roots, and his parents were Italian-American. They mostly stuck to their Italian traditions even though Leo decided to be an American.
Leo was very shy as a young child, however he found he had to look after himself when his parent's debts began to climb. They never really had any time for Leo anymore while they worked longer shifts to pay the bills. It was then he decided his parents didn't care for him anymore and loneliness began to blossom into hate.
Leo grew up in a pretty poor background, an estate with a bad reputation in Philidelphia. Leo learnt from a very young age he had to be tough to survive. Leo usually came home beaten and bruised but with a head held high proudly for defending himself. His school didn't offer much of an education but Leo hardly cared anyway. He started fights, drank, smoked, swore, stole, bunked off, basically all the crimes in the book. He also had a very short temper and was nicknamed "The Spartan" at school, a description that matched both his name and personality perfectly.
Leo quickly built up a reputation. People started challenging him to fights and he easily beat them, even if he wasn't the tallest or broadest kid around, he was ambitious and very determined. One friend of his started boxing so Leo tagged along to an after-school club to escape in the afternoons, and quickly became a faviourite by his coach Marshall. Marshall saw Leo had a gift and decided to train him, and Leo quickly became a great fighter and soon sprouted tall and broad and got a very muscular build.
Just then, Leo's parents decovered they were having another baby. At first Leo didn't want to know, he wanted nothing to do with this new little sister. He was positive with her there he'd be shoved out of the picture for good. But then when Rosa was born, he found all that to be untrue. As soon as she was placed in his arms he held her close and never wanted to let go. He feared he was going soft, but he didn't care.
Rosa, or Rosie, soon became the only thing he cared about. He fed, changed, played with and watched over her. No-one was going to take Rosie away from him, he'd kill them if they even tried.He grew such a huge amount of love for his little sister it scared him. Rosie definately changed him, and he couldn't have been happier.
But then something happened that destroyed him. He went to wake up Rosie in her cot, and she didn't move. She felt cold and still. He tried calling the doctor but it was too late. Rosie died of cot death.
Leo started spinning out of control, going worse than he'd ever gone before. He physically scarred himself to try and realise the pain, drunk, took drugs, went into rages. He started commiting brutal crimes like assualt and almost killed a few people on numerous occasions. His grief-stricken parents, still also dying inside from losing Rosie, decided they were not about to loose another child. They enrolled Leo in Daze high, hoping he can pick himself up.
So here he is.

APPEARANCE: Leo is quite good-looking in a rough sort of way. He has dark brown hair with occasional blonde streaks that can be spiky or flat etc, whatever he prefers at that particular mood. He has tanned skin and small brown-golden eyes. He is very broad and muscular. He usually goes for leather jackets, T-shirts and black jeans and trainers to try and seem tough. And tattoos, of course.
