Appearance:Phoebe stands at about 5'4 and has long black hair and dark brown eyes. She'll wear anything she feels like wearing, for instance one day she will follow the latest trend or fashion, the next she'll go emo style or rocker, sometimes she will even experiment with her wardrobe and create her own outfit. Make up varies on how she feels too. Somedays she likes to wear a lot, and be colorful, others Phoebe wants to let her natural beauty out and won't apply much. Her ears are pierced and so is her nose.

Personality Overview: Phoebe has a sort of split personality. She loves to have a good time, and doesn't mind partying until four a.m or getting wasted. Even though her past wasn't kind, she seems to be an exceptionally happy person. Curiousity often gets the better of her, which can be a good or bad thing. Phoebe loves any type of art including paintings, dance, theater, and music etc.-her ipod is loaded-and she almost always has a smile on her face. However shes one of those people who is great to have as a friend, but someone you don't want as your enemy.
Usually when shes super angry she cries, or if she feels like crying but doesn't want to show it, she'll smile. She's not afraid to get into a fight, or get expelled from school either. Phoebe often over thinks things which can lead to her her being extra irritable. She loves getting her way and is stubborn when people try to argue against her. To sum it all up: she can be sweet as sugar or cold as ice.

General History:
Jimmy and Bailey Johnston had never wanted kids. So when Bailey accidently became pregnate, they were horrified. Despite this, the couple didn't believe in abortion. Instead they kept the baby who was later named Phoebe Leila Johnston.
Growing up was torture for both Phoebe and her parents. The parents didn't really care what happened to her, and usually went out clubbing, leaving her alone with a babysitter. When they were home, depending on if they were drunk or high, they would verbally abuse and throw objects her,(though they never actually hit her) like one day Phoebe's mother came home and decided that since Phoebe was crying because the babysitter wouldn't fix her anything to eat, that she'd throw a porcelin vase at her head. Luckily, her mother was completly slammed and had terrible aim.
No one knew how she made it, and even cared to ask, but the years progessed Phoebe lived on, fending for herself, and stuggling with school. Right before her 14th birthday Jimmy and Bailey came home estatic because they had one a two hundred million dollar lottery. They explained to her that she was going to be attending High School Daze, a boarding school, for high school. The part they left out was that they weren't doing it for her, they were doing it for them; to get rid of the little brat.
Phoebe didn't mind, anything was better than staying there. She packed her things and took the first flight there a few days before the school year was supposed to start, curious to know what it'd be like.
