HISTORY:
Maxx was born on May 13, 1995 to David and Susan Durning. He was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. When Maxx was two years old, his sister Jazzy was born. From the start, Maxx loved the fact that he had a little sister to play with, and was cool with playing Barbies and dress up with her. Although this concerned his parents, they also saw him becoming enthralled in sports, not necessarily in the act of playing them, but in the spectator-side of sports. He watched LSU Tiger games with his dad every Saturday morning during the fall while he was growing up.

Maxx was a pretty shy kid growing up, he wasn't as into sports as the boys around him, and he wasn't as girly as the girls around him. As such, he was often picked on. Maxx is very book smart, and used to read a lot as a kid, especially when kids started picking on him, so that he could do better in school and show them up. Maxx did exceedingly well in school, and was soon put in the "gifted" program, which in turn lead to him being picked on more.

After reading a book about the crazy things rock stars do, and noting how respected they seemed to be, Maxx decided to pick up drumming at the age of ten. He never looked back. Soon, he was playing in local talent shows at his school, and was soon recruited by a local band of teenagers to join their band “Death of Lullabies”. While drumming for DOL, Maxx was introduced to partying and girls, but he mostly stayed away from hard drugs, choosing alcohol instead.

When Maxx was twelve, and Hurricane Katrina rocked Louisiana’s world, his family was forced to relocate to Orlando, Florida. While attending middle school there, he met Ali Danziger, whom he would date for one year, after she broke up with her previous boyfriend, Ryan. They dated for about a year, until he lost his virginity to her and they broke up in October of their sophomore year at Byrne High School. After Ali went into treatment, Maxx got blamed for starting her on partying and drugs, even though it was her first boyfriend, Ryan who started her on that. His family fought valiantly to keep him out of jail. But his reputation at Byrne was ruined. Now Maxx was forced to move again, his parents sending him off to Daze High so they wouldn’t have to move again. It seemed the simplest solution.

Maxx doesn’t know yet, but his credits from his junior year hasn’t transferred yet, so he is unable to move up until the completion of his junior year.

APPEARANCE: Maxx is 5'7" tall, with muscular arms and a rugged face, that he rarely shaves. He likes to gel his hair into messy spikes, and wears some manly necklaces when he performs. He likes dirty jeans and t-shirts mostly, but will wear hoodies as the situation calls for it. He has a thick, bow lipped mouth, and piercing blue eyes which are great for flirting. He's got drummer's hands, that is to say, he has restless, nimble fingers.
